My X1 cable box (Model: PX001ANM) shows 100% Full. When I try to delete items under "RECENTLY DELETED (142)" I get Error XRE-03048 OR XRE-03049. Nothing is deleted.
I have unplugged and booted the cable box, and it appears the database is not being rebuilt to remove old items. We still show 100% full.
I have even received XRE-00117 errors. When trying to delete items from the "FAMILY ROOM RECORDINGS NOT AVAILABLE (105)" category.
Can you help me? Is my new box defected? Thank you.

Every time I try watching The Good Wife online, Xfinity TV says to refersh my browser and that it has hit error 900|101000.101002.101005. Everywhere I look there is no solution for this. I called and received a person who could barely speak English and was no help. How do I fix it?

Example: I'm unable to access any HBO On Demand content. I currently have a paid additional subscription for that channel. I'm also unable to access ON Demand for channels such as FX. This may be due to the fact that my account is tied to both my old service address and my new service address in zip code 30360. Comcast tech support will you please help me with this issue?

Just sayin'.... For a company that touts their high-speed internet capability, http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings , the TV listings site, has to be one of the slowest sites on the web. Couldn't they save a copy of the listings for quick access, at least for high population areas, so it doesn't take so long to switch to the next page of programs? OK, I'm looking at 'favorite' channels, but still.....
I have not been able to watch any tv shows online for two days. Every show I play gives me the following error code: Error 900|101000.101002.101005. How can I resolve the issue?
IT works if I use Mozilla but when I use IE 11, i get the commerical with no problem, but when I want to watch a TV program it just sits there and says buffering without doing anything. It must be a IE settings issue. I have the latest Flash loaded. i deleted my cache and history as well
What should the settnig for IE 11 be to make this work?
Or is it something else?
Am recieving Error 900|101000.101002.101005. I have two crying children that would like to watch their cartoons that I already pay too much for. When searching for a solution to this error all I get is people dating back several years that have been getting this error and absolutly not one solution. Whats going on? Im about to switch companies. My rates already just went up without notifying me and I now have channels I never asked for but that dont work anyway and customer service literally hung up on me. Is this situation being fixed or not? I would give my right arm for a vcr and a copy of Land Before Time right now.
When I try to view Watch TV Online, the listing of TV or Movie selections is not loading when this option is selected. It says loading data and then sorting data and never gets finished. No error messages. Also, there are pop ups of the day before and day before that, etc of some select TV shows you can click on when you first enter "TV" option. The pop ups now show a vacant block. When my cursor is over the block, I get a ghost image statement of what is in that block and the Pop up of the TV show particulars. When I click on the vacant block, the video begins to load, but never stops trying to load. This problem started a couple of weeks ago. I am signed in during these efforts.
Only changes to my laptop has been auto updates. I don't auto update Explorer and still using Ver 10 with same updates as before this started. I have tried two different broad band sources....telephone 3G and land line with no different response. I have tried Explorer compatability on and off modes.
I can play videos from you tube, Xfinity home page, other internet sites, etc without problems.
I had my wife use her laptop in Virginia and she has no problem at the same time I am having a problem.

I just moved my cable box and plugged everything in correctly but I cannot get any sound.
Anyone else getting a constant error message of "Let's try that again. Please refresh page" and then after refreshing, getting a message of "Sorry, that didn't go as planned"? This has been happening to me for about a week using both Firefox and IE.
Get a message webpage must reload but it will not reload.
How come when I try to open the tv-listing page Fire Fox says you are redirecting address in a way it will never complete.
