I have basic cable service, with Xfinity's basic black box. This basic box has no number display and is as basic as it gets. All you can do is change the channel, no menu no nothing.
My question is simple channel 127 (TVGUIDE) used to show TV guide listing on the bottom of the video feed, now it's gone.
Same for the web site (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv-listings#) for zip 55448 basic cable is not a choice any more. No way to find out what will be on ch.220,221,245,246,247.
All of it used to be there now it's all gone.
My guess is if you only pay for basic cable all the perks are gone and no one cares about the little guy.
