I have been using Xfinity TV on the web for several months now with no problems. Yesterday, when I tried to watch a show it only loaded to a point where it told me -

I get this on every tv show I try to play, even children's tv shows. The system just stops there and doesn't do anything else.
What do I need to do to be able to watch shows on the web again?
