It appears the 5.1 surround sound does not work on my Comcast. I replaced the AV Amp twice and the sound comes out uniformly on all 5 speakers. My neighbor recently switched from Comcast to ATT because of the same issue. The 5.1 surround sound from his ATT cable systems works the way it should. The sound is beautiful. I am considering switching if Comcast can't offer a fix. Please advise.
