Streampix

I have a new subscription, install is scheduled for Wednesday.  But I was told on a couple of different calls with Comcast customer support that I have full access to online viewing already.  I just tried to order a Streampix movie and watch on my computer and a box popped open saying I didn't have a subscription for that.  Am I doing something wrong?  Help!  Thanks :smileyhappy:
