Apparently this is problem has happened to a lot of people, unfortunetly no one can be bothered to fix it.
I try to watch a HBO show, it says "you are not a subscriber" I click "get hbo" it says "congratulations, you are already a hbo subscriber"
You would think they would implement the system to check if you have HBO BEFORE you try to watch online, but I guess it's easier to check after you deny a paying cutomer access.
I then try to watch it again, and it gives me the same error.
It was working just fine yesterday morning, I called support and that accomplished nothing. All I want is for a comcast employee to look at the account, verify that I am paying for HBO, and allow me to watch it.
