Error 900|3313.1000055

Started receiving this error this morning and it has continued all day.  Did all the basic checks, my computer, browser, connection, updated Flash, etc.  No Dice.  I cannot find this code on the official comcast error code list or its existance within these forums.

Any help would be most appreciated.
