I picked up a second DVR (DCX3400) two days ago. DVR Manager is not allowing me to select the new DVR so that I can schedule recordings on it.
When I visit xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr, I see only the DVR that I already had. When I select "DVR Settings" (which leads to xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/cable-boxes) I see both my older DVR and my new DVR but in the "Default DVR" column only my older DVR has a radio button next to it. I tried "Show Name on TV" for the new DVR and the name is indeed displayed on the screen.
On the DVR end, I pulled up Menu->Settings->Cable Box Settings and there is no option to enable remote access.
Any suggestions?
