I am unable to watch ESPN on my mobile (Watch ESPN app), at Xfinity.com/tv and on my Xbox One (ESPN app). At all three, I get a message stating that the channel is not included in my subscription. ESPN is absolutely included in my subscription.
Also, I installed the ESPN app on my Xbox One this past weekend and I installed Watch ESPN on my mobile this morning. So, I'm sure that I have the most recent version of the apps.
I was able to find some older posts about this issue, but nothing recent or that seemed to offer a solution.
