I am getting TBD / incorrect TV listings on the online TV guide and cannot schedule recordings from the website. The guide on my cable box listings are correct. This issue has been going on for quite some time and have missed many programs i wanted to schedule while away - primarily sports events like Alabama/Auburn and NFL games.
This is a well documented, long-standing issue around the country apparently. Comcast rep - please look into and fix for my area -- my zip code is 60514 in Clarendon Hills, IL and I'm on Comcast Digital out of Elmhurst office.
