when trying to play videos from my new computer, it does not play.
it is stuck on buffering and will not move forward. the hbo intro goes through and the parental control will play, but will not load video.
This is a brand-new computer and shouldnt have this issue. My roomates computer, which is ten years old, is having no issues playing the videos.
