I've reset 'license files', and followed other suggestions, but no luck. Support opened a ticket for me and a rep signed on with my id and had no problem. Based on this he said it was my pc and couldn't help me. I have no problem on my phone, just my pc. I have Windows 7, and using Google Chrome. Is anyone else having this problem?
