I am having the same issue that others have complained about on here for 9 months. I went through them all and not once has anyone from Comcast provided a solution. I also attempted on Xfinity Chat, where I was handed off to 4 different "analysts" that were quite obviously not human.
I just tried to play an on demand video online, which I had already been watching 2 hours ago, and I am getting an error message stating "this video is unavailable. 5062." The learn more link takes us to a bunch of information not relevant to this particular error.
Anyone know what this error is about and if there is anything to be done about it?
