We watch a fair amount of On Demand for the free movies and shows. Every once in a while we click on a show that costs money by mistake. This is VERY easy to do because there is nothing to indicate a show is free or not. Once clicked on, the only alternatives are to "Buy or Rent". There is no Cancel. This leads to having to call Comcast customer service to have the show removed from our bill. We tried putting a PIN on, but the PIN restricts all of On Demand, and once in On Demand, there is nothing protecting you from $$$ shows.
Is there something I am missing, or does Comcast need to improve the way they present on Demand?
