Error 900.102100

Lately I've been getting this message when tuning to two specific channels via the live TV streaming service (through the home network)... the two channels are TNT HD and the HD feed of Root Sports.

 

The SD channels work fine... and all the other HD channels I watch work fine as well.  Just the above two.

 

Is this a known issue?  Any potential solutions?  I should mention that it is an issue across all mobile devices, but the error code is only showing up on the web browser (the mobile devices just never tune to the channel of concern).
