Error 5062 which - of course - isn't an error Comcast provided any info on. My tablet app gives same error with the note: We're sorry but an error has occurred. Our video team has been alerted and we're working quickly to fix this issue on our end. Please try again later.
Sooooooo define "quickly"...? I've had this error for days!!! Considering this is part of the package that I pay for every month, how much credit are you offering on to compensate for this poor service?
