ABC is not part of your subscription????????????????

Appears this is effecting a lot of people.  The "solution" was to call yet another number specifically for this issue (so customers call the customer service number and they cannot reach this number through that help line, then they go to forums that tells them "solved" by calling this specific number (877-599-1845)--but customers still getting run around.  Apparently, I saw this is another thread "they were merging 2 systems and created multiple accounts for some customers" but that doesn't explain it either as ABC is obvously part of EVERY subscription (and every person with a TV) they offer so how is it that this is even an error?  lol  I just want it fixed!

I am out of town and really don't have time to sit on the phone and being transferred around with no help for this issue that shouldn't even be an issue.  ABC is free network tv and is part of EVERY subscription you offer no exceptions.  ?  Boggles the mind how a company can create issues where the there were no issues for years.
