When I click on TV Listings in my X-1 DVR Manager instead of the listings I still get the filters on the left and the times across the top but the stations and programs have been replaced with a black box and the message "Let's try that again. Please refresh the page to display your TV lineup. And the link to Refresh Page." Refresh page brings "Sorry, that didn't go as planned. We're working to fix this problem and hope to have it solved very soon. Please try back at a later time."
Well this has been going on for 6 weeks now with no solution.
FYI. When I click on "Change Lineup" in top left of page I get the message that DAC: 32_6 is my channel lineup but the box shows no channel lineup and no other service area listed. Typing in my zip code (33410) to change the channel lineup from the same dialog box returns a message in red that "We could not find any service providers for that ZIP Code. Please try a different 5-digit U.S.Postal Code." I have tried many different zip codes from cities in Florida where I had Comcast Service and the same result appears.
I did find a couple of different workarounds that worked until this morning but neither of them work anymore.
1) Delete browser history especially cookies, restart browser and TV Listings would be there. Doesn't work anymore.
2) Click on Print Channel Lineup, enter my address and the channels would appear in that dialog box. Return to TV Listings and the channels would be there. Doesn't work anymore. When I enter my address it now returns a generic box with a listing of all the TV Plans available in my area, but no way to go forward from there.
All other aspects of DVR Manager are fine: My Recordings and Scheduled Recordings are all there and I can record program-by-program from Watchlist.
That's as complete a report as I can give you. Please assist. DVR Manager is an important part of my viewing planning.
