This in regards to the xfinity tv app/watching tv online. Most of the year - no problem. Past 30 days OMG..Nothing insync the sound is out of sync, the picture wow and worse and not viewable. enlarge the app ...not anymore. Here's the things. I'm on a desktop Inspirion all in one. Using an arris tm 602g router serial#9tBNF8Af$34-5-2. acct 155153501010. Telling you all this because five cutoff phone attempts, two lost chat attempts. One or two tickets ie CR344994401 couldn't fit in your schedule guess i got tossed. Look i pay top dollar at this point i need to see some credit next bill...seriously now 30days the quality and like sound lync everyhting about is less than poor not viewable. What's going on. and so fun calling cast going throught the whole ..ok you have to talk to the "infinity dept".....cutoff & not there 24/7. Bring me a new orouter..i don't know....get it done. Oh yeah I bundle with guys...bid$$...widow on my own.
