HBO Go errors when logging in at Comcast server

A month ago when I first got my service HBO Go and Showtime Anytime both gave me the "Sorry, there was an error loading this page. Your account has not been charged." errors when trying to log in once I was redirected to the Xfinity site for my credentials.  This same error was returned from all web browsers and set top boxes I tried from a variety of locations.   The problem was fixed by a Comcast tech support agent who refreshed my UDB data on 12/15.  

 

Almost a month goes by with everything working smoothly until this week when HBO Go (and not Showtime Anytime) breaks at the login point again.   This time however the error at the Xfinity login page says "This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV subscription," and neither modem reprovisioning nor a UDB data refresh does anything to fix the issue (this is true from any set top box, game console or directly from the HBO Go website).  If I log in to the xfinity site I am able to stream HBO content there just fine.  My account page still says I have the Internet Plus bundle with HBO.

We do not have an xfinity receiver in our home, only a modem so we use an Apple TV to to watch HBO Go in the house and iPads and laptops when we are on the road.  This has become beyond frustrating as I've already wasted 5 plus hours on the phone with Comcast (in a single month) and we are still no closer to solving the problem or preventing it from happening again.

Please tell me somebody has an idea of how to fix these HBO Go login issues at Comcast's servers.
