I have seen this mentioned a few times, but ehre is my specific issue. I have a 2014 15" Macbook Pro. The x1.comcast.net DVR playback feature had worked well for a while. Now, about once a week -- I can be on Chrome, Safari, or Opera, the playback shows an error. Usually Error 100 or 100.500.
I've called a few times or gone to online chat support. Occasioanlly they are able to fix it, though sometimes, especially on chat, I simply get my internet turned off for a moment and we get disconnected.
My question is, what is the issue? Whay does this keep happening? I clear my caches (including Flash) reguarly. Is it on Comcast's side? If so, can I do anything to help?
