I attempted to add my Iphone to XFINITY TV go. I received a message that there were already the maximum 3 devices and I would have to go to the control manager on one of the devices to delete it. There is no control manager on apple ipads or iphones. The person at an XFINITY store was stumped.
I called APPLE support and they directed me to device.comcast.net/devices and from the Comcast site I was able to delete the device.
How come COMCAST does not direct its customers to its own site to solve the problem?
After several days of frustration Apple support was able to tell me what Comcast couldn't!!!
