We have two DVRs (a DCT 3412 and a MOR200BNR) and, for both, whether I look through DVR Manager in the Comcast website, or through the TV Remote app, I have the following issues:
1) Scheduled Recordings sometimes shows entries that I haven't set up, or where the series was canceled - this has been confirmed with the actual DVRs not showing these entries
2) My Recordings never seems to show an accurate facsimile of what is on the actual DVRs - for instance, currently DVR Manager through the website is showing 5 episodes of The Librarians to watch on the DCT 3412, when the actual DCT 3412 only has 2 episodes left to watch, with the rest having been watched and deleted.
This does make it very difficult to work out what to watch next through TV Go etc when away from the home.
