Just want to register my frustration that the Comcast website (at http://customer.comcast.com/help-and-support/cable-tv/x1-dvr-cloud-technology-general-faqs/) says "The X1 DVR with Cloud Technology functions just like a regular DVR, but includes new features like the ability to stream recordings to mobile devices and computers and download completed recordings with the XFINITY TV app or XFINITY TV website." Yet I had to spend a half hour on the phone, being shuttled between four different reps, only to be told that in fact DVR recordings CANNOT be downloaded to a computer. The website should provide CORRECT information!!!!!
