I'm trying to use the "Watch on TV" feature on http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/ but when I click the link, I'm getting a message saying "We're sorry. No compatible cable boxes were found in your household."
I've also tried the DVR Manager (http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr) and it shows: "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household."
I moved recently and upgraded to X1. These features have not been working ever since. I have an X1 box (Make & Model: PC PX001ANMD) and everything is working fine when accessing on my TV.
I don't know if it's related but when I got my new account number, I linked it to the old (now inactive) account, which from what I've read online was not a good idea.
How can I get this resolved?
