I recently moved and upgraded to a Blast Internet package. I was told it came with HBO Go however when I try to log in on hbogo.com, I get an error.
I did a messaging chat with a Comcast rep and they said that I don't have HBO Go, and that I need to purchase a cable package. This is completely erroneous as I was clearly told that HBO Go came with my internet. The agent I spoke with to upgrade/transfer service, Andrew, knew that I wasn't purchasing cable when he told me that I would get HBO Go as part of the Blast internet.
I don't have the time to spend 2 hours right now on the phone trying to convince someone to find that phone recording. Is there a rep in the forum who can help me?
