I am suddenly getting the exact same error--never had this problem beore. Spent hours on chat with Xfinity but they were not able to provide any insight. Happens on every show I try, no matter what browser I use (using Mac), both Safari and Chrome. Emptying cache and history do not help. Logging out then back in does not help. Rebooting does not help. Here's the error again.
