I have been trying to watch Murder in the 1st in On Demand on my PC for the last 2 hours. It plays until the 1st commercial break, plays the commercials and then tries to transition back to the program. All I get is a black screen that says Buffering in the lower left corner. I have tried just waiting it out but after 15 minutes, did a refresh on IE. Still buffering.
Then I exited to the On Demand Murder in the 1st page that lists the episodes - selected the same episode and hit play. Still buffering.
Then I exited all the way out of IE, restarted it, and restarted the program again. Still buffering.
I found I can run the program on my Nook HD+ using the Xfinity app with no problams.
I went to the following web page and let it run it's program. Below are the results. Can you please either resolve this problem or tell me what I have to do to resolve this problem. I am getting very frustrated as this has been an on going problem, and I can see from your forums that I am not the only one experiencing this.
