Hey Comcast, why not tell customers what browsers ARE compatible with your services. Also in the CPU information section, all your instructions for Mac users is tell people how to view their CPU usage - you say nothing else. Great I will watch my cpu instead of your programs - what about the CPU usage do you want us to figure out. Lets face it, this stuff is still in BETA - you don't even have it figured out yet, let alone instructions. You might also tell people to check test their speed - tonight mine was download 4 m and upload 2.3 m - maybe that is the problem - inability to deliver consistent speeds. Oh and that was 2 in the morning - not during busy times at all. Too big to deliver and keep up.
