History not working

Whenever I watch a program on http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/ it no longer keeps tracks of my progress and it doesn't show that I've even watched the program anymore.  I used to enjoy being able to watch part of a movie and then come back later and resume where I left off, and that has stopped working.  Now it's as if the web site has no idea I ever started watching anything.  None of the recent shows I've watched show up in the history section.  I tried clearing the history and now there isn't even a history section on the xfinity page anymore.  I've used both Chrome and Internet Explorer with the same results.  Been going on for days at least.  Is this an existing problem you are already aware of or am I the only one?
