When I attempt to watch a show on HBO go using my Apple TV, it says;
The operation was not allowed. Please contact your TV provider.
An unknown problem occurred. Please contact your TV provider.
My regular HBO works through the box. Does anyone know how to fix this, or have an email address for customer support? I have difficulty hearing, and prefer online communications or I would have already called. Thanks,
