My bill has increase from 157.06 to 182.97 for the second half of my agreement. This is ridicolous. I would have never agreed to this if I had known that my bill would increase instead of staying the same or decrease. I feel like I have been scam by Comcast. I am on a fixed income because my only income is from my Social Security/. I have tried to talk to someone to lower ,my bill and cannot get the help I need. Your company should be ashame for entering people into these kind of contracts without explaining that there will be an signigicant increase. No one would ever agree to a contract like this. I feel llike yoiiur customer service representatives are scamming and lying to the public about bundles and how much they cost.
