Hi,
I am seeing this message for several days, "1 DVR is syncing with DVR Manager and is currently unavailable"
Sometimes I see the following, "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are
unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household."
What happened my original DVR died and was replaced with a newer model refurb. The 500G HD shows ~300G being used for recordings and about 1.5G for index in the HDD Details. None of this recorded stuff shows up in the user interface. Interestingly, in the iPad App I can switch to the DVR which is not available in the WEB application, and there it shows 34% used at the top.
Phone support is not useful so far.
