Who can I contact (specifically) when the wrong episode (video) is posted for a show? I'm attempting to watch an episode of a show that aired Tuesday (8/25), but video for the prior week's episode plays instead. The prior week's episode is also avaialable for the prior week (air date 8/18) AND now 8/25 despite the fact that the 8/25 episode was new. The description for the video even has a synopsis of the new episode only, as mentioned, last week's episode is playing instead. I can't access the show currently on my TV due to ongoing technical issues Comcast still seems to be experiencing and now, unfortunately, it seems I can't watch my show via Xfinity Online either.
