desktop error fro xfinity tv

i have been having this issue for a while now. it appeasrs to be mainly with one computer. so my guess is it is a software or config problem. everytime i try to play a video from the xfinity site. i get a  900|102100 error. it doesnt matter what video. the ads will play but when the video attempts to play the error appears. i have tried to fix the issue myslef by uddating addons, sofwatre and hardware drivers. i am unable to loacte the problem at this time. help fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
