The Killjoys series on SyFy has the following issues:
- Most series AND movies I have watched when you finish watching a commercial you have a short time to skip ahead to catch up to where you were with OUT seeing more commercials. This is NOT the case with Killjoys
- Trying one computer on two different wifi networks and another computer on one of the same wifi networks still results in the same sporadic lagging of the show. I have had little trouble with other series or movies. This even occurs with the commercials when I go to watch this series. There is no SD to choose, so it’s even supposed to be HD.
- When going to a “commercial break” the show will skip BACK in time instead of continuing. For example: There are 5 “commercial breaks” each at ten minute intervals. I watch the first ten minutes and the first commercial break, after the commercials instead of starting at 10:00 it goes back to 0:00. Another time I would be at the fifth commercial break and it would go to 30 second prior the SECOND break.
- These issues have been occurring since I first started watching the show, approximately one week ago so I have never experienced a trouble free episode.
This need to be resolved. It is not my computer nor is it my wifi, as with viewing other shows these problems have not been present. I watch Dark Matter, which is on the SyFy channel, with no problems. This leads to an issue with the series on Xfinities side. I’m hoping that you can understand my frustration and anger at this issue. I have tried everything I could on my end to fix this and it has not resolved the issue.
