I get this error when trying to access the online on-demand content when I'm logged into my account.  The login redirect seems to be screwing things up.  No idea why the site can't recognize an existing paying customer.  I'm aware that thousands of others have reported this issue over many, many years and that the problem remains.  For the life of me I can't find a solution.  It would be nice to be able to take advantage of these features.
