I have a digital preferred account with comcast/xfinity. When I attempt to access programming, including AMC (which is included in digital preferred), I receive a message via the app that I am not a subscriber and do I wish to upgrade.
When I call comcast tech support, I am bounced back and forth between cable tv support and high speed internet support. After being bounced back and forth FOUR TIMES between cable tv and high speed internet I gave up. This is terrible customer service
Can you answer this/explaiun how I may access programming via the app or am I simply out of luck?
