I cannot view video's associated with xfinity.com home page! I can view all the ads that they show prior to viewing the subject matter, but cannot see the subject matter video. I have been trying to resolve this since June of 2015. The "so called" tech support people only want you to empty your temp internet files and empty your cookie jar! What a joke, this is suppose to be customer service?
They keep advertising that "We are here to help", but it never comes!
