i continue to get "error linearStreamHeartbeat.403.403-103", along with an error telling me that I cannot watch live tv because I am 'not on my network' (I certainly am, both ethernet and wifi connections)...this makes watching tv on a computer almost impossible since there is no point in investing time in watching if (and when) it decides to stop working and displays either (sometmes both) messages...I've called customer service numerous times and gotten tossed about to various departments, no one has a clue what this is about and I continue to recieve promises that it would be 'looked into' and that someone would bet back to me, but that never happens.
Why do you sell this service if no one knows how it works, no one can explain it and you still charge for it???
