Regarding the Xfinity TV listings grid: Up until a few days ago there was no trouble with my viewing the My Channels listings. Now when I select My Channels, the grid is solid gray with an error message - "Nothing matched the filters you selected." It has worked fine for over a year. I tried changing the zip code and lineup. This problem occurs on 4 different browsers, 2 devices. Please help me view the channels associated with my account.
