For a few weeks, whenever we sign-in to view the TV lineup on our Exfinity acct. things go haywire when we click the TV button. We are signed in and can view our email, account information (all of which is correct and up to date) But when we click on any link to the TV listings the page appears under the wrong zip code and a 'sign-in' tab appears at the top rather than the "Hi..." that should normally appear. We can enter our correct zip code and get the correct listing, But, we cannot create a Favorites list as when we try to do that, we are asked to sign in again, which creates a never ending loop of going back to the wrong zip-code. All of the while, we can go back to our account records and emails simply by clicking those tabs even when it is telling us to 'sign in' which is not neccesary. I have cleared cookies, history, etc. and rebooted. I have talked with Comcast techies twice and sent website error messages. Prior to this current delema I was able to use the Favorites List to easily suggest viewing to my 93 year old father who is overwhelmed by the complete list of TV channels. If anyone can help, I would be ever so grateful.
