I live in Fort Lauderdale. I've had Tivos for years without problems. I just got rid of my Comcast boxes and replaced them with two new Tivo boxes and continuing the use of an older series 4. I am now receiving the dreaded GSM-2 error. I used the online chat and was told that the service was $14.95 extra per Tivo. She asked if I was Ok with that.... and then disconnected. I called last night and the agent was super nice, told me that the charges for On Demand were included in my package and my issue needed to be handled by a higher source. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. That time frame has come and gone and none of my 3 Tivo devices can access On Demand. A feature I was told I am paying for. As much as the COMCAST people have been really nice, I do not want to spend any more of the holiday season speaking to any of them.
