For the past few days, I have not been able to access DVR manager online. All I get is the spinner that says "loading" and it never loads. I have made several calls but nobody has been able to resolve the issue (some of the reps seem to not even know what "DVR Manager" is.
Has anyone else had this issue? Was it resolved? I have tried restarting the computer, and tried to access it on my tablet and phone. Same issue.
