We were disappointed that our favorite channels like Destination America and Spike TV which we used to be able to watch in the past are now not on our lineup. It would not allow us to watch?? but gave us a long list of music tv programs. We are Deaf and cannot benefit from those. We are very, very disappointed about switching to this upgrade which is definitely not a good upgrade. Please allow us access to Destination America and Spike TV and delete the music programming or radio programming which we never use.
I am not sure if this upgrade is better. My feeling is its worse and not only that, we were promised we can have HBO and Starz but it was not true, we did not have access to either too??
How is this upgrade better for us? I wish we stayed with our original tv program and equipment. If this can be resolved, we may consider just cancelling our Comcast Xfinity membership. I think Comcast is getting too big and too confusing, too complicated.
