ID Discovery Reports Error CL-4 when trying to watch Homicide Detective on ID Discovery

I have always watched Homicide Detective on ID Discovery Channel  Tried to watch today and message states Error CL-4  Must have subscription.  Have the same set up on television as always.  Nothing changed.  No notifications of ED Discovery channel requiring subscription to view
