I get lots of error codes, and when it says click here to find out why...i"ll be darned...still no answer to my problem. any error code listed are never the ones i see...Im tired of missing my shows and refreshing hoping it will finally work. I go to a different show, start to watch it fine....errors out. Go to a different show, two minutes in....errors out. Findsome other shows i watch just fine, go back to the other shows I couldnt watch...hey, a new error code. I spend too much money on Xfinity to have to or want to mess with this. You aren't the only choice.I can adjust to what I stream on the internet and be fine. I would think Xfininty would be eager to retain it's customer base, I can get Google fiber and other TV choices...... stuff like this is ridiculous.
