Effective Monday, January 6, G4 is no longer available on Comcast.
Today, 2 months and 1 day later, G4 is still listed in the online guide. I am bringing this to your attention because I know you are slower than a turtle when it comes to updating the guide page. No one seems to pay any attention to it so it sits there with inaccurate listings. I recall when Fox Reality changed over to NatGeoWild it took you a month to do something simple like change the name of the channel in the guide. All 3 listings for G4 need to be sent to the trash can.
In addition to G4 being listed, there is another inaccuracy. At one time my HD channels were in the 300 to 500 range. They were moved months ago to the 1000 channel range and disappeared from the 300-500 range.
The guide still lists the HD channels in the 300-500 range.
These blocks also need to be removed from the online listings.

It makes no sense that if I look at the listings I have to scroll through channels that no longer exist within that range.
In a perfect world Comcast would have already taken care of this matter. But since this is not a perfect world and based on past experience I have high expectations that this will not be done in a TIMELY manner.
