Secondary User Permissions

I have 2 secondary users on my account.  On the My Account webpage under Users & Preferences, Basic Settings, they have NO access to Basic Settings in my account.  However, they are able to subscribe to Streampix and play Streampix movies online and also are able to play On Demand movies which are then charged to my account.  I have called Comcast/Xfinity support numerous times and after being transferred once or twice and spending at least an hour on the phone, I have been told that the problem has been resolved.  However, upon logging in as a secondary user, I see it has not been resolved.  I then have to call back and get the charges removed, and then get transferred again to someone who does not understand the problem and it takes about an hour before they say they fixed it.  As of today, it is not fixed and I am frustrated with the number of hours that I have spent on the phone and still have the original problem.  Can anyone out there tell me if this is a glitch on my account?  I have searched the forums and see no one with this problem.  Thanks for any suggestions.  Kathy Matlock, a very longtime loyal Comcast customer/Xfinity Insider, frustrated in Pittsburgh.
