Our HDTV out of service for at least 5 hours from my first call at 5:50 AM til my last call at 11:00 AM. it must have resumed after that time. I have tried twice to call to report that I have no control of volume on HDTV and both times my call was aborted. I would like to know when and/or how to gain control of the volume and mute on the HDTV.
